Serge lives and breathes for entrepreneurs and startupers, whom he accompanies since 2007, when he founded the law firm 11.100.34, dedicated to innovative companies. Serge is a key player in the ecosystem startups, he mastered the workings and knows the uses, which makes him a bold lawyer with solutions.

After having practiced more than 10 years in contract law and economic law, Serge created in 2011 the firm’s private-equity division, which he leads today with Thomas Peignier and a high-quality team. He advises and supports mainly entrepreneurs in their fundraising, in the seed phase, as well as advanced series (A and B). He also masters various operations from flips to exits.

Clarisse likes to build strategies that she implements with determination and enthusiasm. As a partner of the firm 11.100.34 since 2015, she has participated in the growth of innovative entrepreneurship and the development of startups’ecosystem by working with actors such as The Family, Arts & Métiers acceleration or the OrangeFab . Clarisse is a tax expert and has developed expertise in the legal and tax optimization of the holding of movable and immovable assets with a clientele of entrepreneurs. She works with her clients on the issues of tax residency as well as the holding methods for their assets in France and abroad, in particular for equity securities or cryptocurrency. She accompanies them on a daily basis in their tax and property issues. She has also developed with her team a high level of expertise in financing innovation and access to public funds (Research Tax Credit, Innovation Tax Credit, Young Innovative Company status JEI).

Clarisse is also very involved in the institutional activities of the legal profession. Former member of the National Bar Council, she chaired (2012-2014) the new technologies commission in charge of all matters of dematerialization of the acts of the profession and was a member of the Training Committee (2015-2017). She is a member of the national office of ACE (Corporate Counsel) and President of ACE-Paris.

He co-founded, in 2007, with Serge Vatine the firm 11.100.34 Avocats Associés. He provides a complete offer of legal advice and legal assistance in all areas of intellectual property law, media and new technologies, business law, contract law and labor law. Jérôme also participates in numerous research projects and has developed a specific expertise in big data, open data and open innovation, especially with regard to the law of personal data and public data. Jerome is also teaching at CELSA. Jérôme is finally involved in the NGO Droits d’Urgence, which he has been chairing for several years.
